Do you offer Pick Uo and delivery ?

Hygiene Machines offers Next Business Day Pickup and delivery Service Place your order online, and have free delivery for all orders over 22 lbs

Can you accommodate special laundry requests or instructions ?

We can accommodate all reasonable special requests. We are limited by the safe and efficient usage of our equipment, personnel, and resource limitations.

What is your policy on lost or damaged items ?

Although this is an extremely rare occurrence, should you not receive your entire order, please let us know ASAP (please do so in less than 7 days) We will check to see if any packages are still in our possession and communicate our findings to you. Usually missing bags get resolved the same business day.

Why should I rent mats ?

At Hygiene Machines we take care of everything. From the collection and replacement of your mats, to their cleaning and upkeep, at a frequency chosen by you!

Not at all! At Hygiene Machines there is no job too small.

Am I bound by any long term contracts?

NO. Our quality of service and our professionalism is backed by the fact that you are not bound by any long term contracts. (Just a simple yearly service agreement).

What mat sizes do you offer?

We offer mat from 3' x 4' to 3' x 10' black or grey

How do I get started?

Take advantage of our free, no obligation, on-site estimate. We will conduct an audit of any existing mats and provide our recommendation as to how Hygiene Machines can meet your needs with custom sizes, colors and change frequencies. Your square footage cost will be determined using our pricing matrix.
